Returns & Exchanges:

No refunds or exchanges are allowed unless a mistake was made on our part. If so please contact us. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Domestic Shipping:

Due to the current COVID-19 situation there may be a delay in delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We do not offer Sunday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday through Saturday with the exception of US holidays.

Please allow 3-10 business days for USPS Ground for delivery once your order is shipped.

International Shipping:

We accept orders from all international residential addresses.    

Please allow 20 business days for International delivery once your order is shipped.
